It’s a New Year and it’s time for the first Liverpool LUG meeting of 2021. Obviously meetings will continue to be online only for the time being. We hope things will improve to a point where we can meet up physically again as the year progresses.
The next Liverpool LUG meeting will be Wednesday January 6th at 19:00 BST (7pm)
We’ll gather online as usual and while we don’t have anything planned please feel free to ask any questions about Linux and Open Source software you like. It’s a relaxed and informal gathering and no level of technical expertise or experience is required or expected. All are welcome. To join us simple use the link below. Please note the server change from last time.
The address you need is – https://meet.jit.si/livlug
Jitsi is free and open source video conferencing software which runs on computers, tablets and phones. It all works inside a web browser. You need a microphone and camera to participate obviously but most mobile devices will already have these anyway. There are also mobile apps for Android and some other platforms.
If you have any questions or queries please email me via – email@example.com
Hope to see many of you online this Wednesday for a catch up. Best wishes,
