The next meeting of Liverpool Linux User Group will be at DOES Liverpool on Wednesday October 2nd 2019. We’ll meet from 19:00 (7pm) onwards.

We don’t have a formal talk this time because we’re doing another crossover/superhero team up with the good folks from the IoT Liverpool group. We’ll have an open hardware show and tell session to celebrate Open Hardware Month.
You can see the event listed on the OHM website – https://ohm.oshwa.org/event/liverpool-open-hardware-show-tell/
Please feel free to bring along any open hardware stuff you’ve worked on or would like to tell us about.
As usual IoT Liverpool uses MeetUp and we ask you to RSVP if you’re planning to come along, just to work out numbers for beer and pizzas. Yeah you read right, they have beer and pizza!! They are so much more generous than us 😀
We’re a friendly bunch. Everyone is welcome to join, whether you’ve been to the LUG before or not. There is no level of technical expertise expected or required. Everyone from hardened kernel hackers to complete novices will be made to feel at home. It’s really informal.
VENUE DETAILS: You can find directions to DOES here and many more details on their website.
Hope to see many of you there, feel free to email dan@danlynch.org with any questions. I will get it on my phone 🙂
Dan
